[Soul Crafty] A Garden for the crafty soul.

Soul Crafty has been in the handmade market since 2012, we are specialized in personalized gifts that will strike the deepest emotional chords. Our product is mainly made of wood where each wood grain pattern make it a unique piece. Every product is lovingly crafted, built with care and passion, and presented with pride. We hope that every single piece of our handmade product will be cherished and loved forever.

It is truly a remarkable experience meeting people from all walks of life both in online / offline handmade market. Your support and feedback has made my crafting passion continue to grow and create products that brings value to ones life.

Shipping

Yes. All orders will be shipped with track label. Tracking detail will be updated once order shipped.

You may track your parcel status with the tracking number provided, where you my find it at My account > Order,

The tracking number serves as a serial number to prove that the parcel was accepted into custom for international delivery.

It also provides information on your parcel’s delivery status, if it’s being successfully delivered or not.

Yes, we do ship worldwide except ISRAEL.

For ready-to-ship products, orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday – Saturday except for Festive Holidays) when full payment is received.

For customize / personalized products, please refer to respective listing.

This may be a little longer during busy periods.

Yes. Order can be upgraded to express shipping. It is estimated to arrives in 2 to 8 business days once dispatched subject to final shipping location and custom clearance.

**orders that have been shipped cannot be expedited

For domestic shipping:

1st: Kindly track your order to retrieve the latest delivery status of your order.
2nd: Kindly make a quick call to Poslaju by provided your order tracking number.
3rd: If the above 2 approaches doesn’t attend to your problem still, kindly contact us. We will try our best to assist.

For international shipping:
Packages are not considered lost until 60 days from the day of shipping.

1st: Kindly track your order to retrieve the latest delivery status of your order.

2nd: Kindly make a quick call to your local postal service by provided your order tracking number.

3rd: If the above 2 approaches doesn’t solve your problem, kindly contact us. We will lodge a report to Post Malaysia to track the parcel.

*Note: with this approach, Post Malaysia will escalate the inquiry to the destined country postal service for further investigation. This will take week(s) for a reply.

4th: Once it is confirmed lost by your local post office, I will send a replacement for the orders. Should buyers opt for a refund, please refer to for detail at SoulCrafty’s Refund Policy

Product care

「Soul Crafty」wooden products are varnished to insure a long life wearable piece. Simply follow our three caring tips below, you will have years of enjoyment from your wood jewelry piece.

★Storage★
Do not leave your wood jewelry in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. We recommend storing your jewelry in the box at room temperature. Your wood jewelry is water resistant but should not be immersed in water or kept in high humidity; if it does get wet however, immediately blot dry.

★Wearing★
While wearing our jewelry avoid contact with any harsh chemicals e.g. soap, hair spray, perfumes, lotions etc.

★Cleaning★
If you notice your piece is beginning to look a little dull, simply use a cotton cloth to buff in the direction of the wood.

Order Status

If you wish to cancel transaction, your request must be sent to us before the order was made and sent and within 24hrs counting from time your order was placed.

There will be no cancellation or refund once personalized order is in production.

For international order paid with Paypal:
Please note that there is a non-refundable Paypal fees of of 4.40% from your order total (include shipping).

For domestic order paid with Paypal:
Please note that there is a non-refundable Paypal fees of of 3.90% from your order total (include shipping).
